Second Nest is a short-term rental property management service that has been supporting property owners, multi-unit landlords and guests since 2014. We manage a hand-selected, boutique portfolio of properties in the UK and Spain for the short-term travel market.
We currently handle approximately 20,000 guest stays per year and work with client property owners who are based in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, France, Portugal and Spain. Some of our clients have been working with us since we began.
Our owner-directors are from London and Kent and have more than 30 years experience in luxury brand customer service, high-end travel experiences, hospitality management, property purchasing, project management and property renovations.

The Service We Provide
Full Management
We cover all aspects of property management for the short-stay market so that you don’t have to. Our full service includes photography, staging, setup, calendar management, guest communications, housekeeping, laundry and property maintenance.


Maximium Visibility
We market and list your property on more than 50 travel websites and booking portals including Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, Tripadvisor and Homeaway. We also list on our own direct booking site to reduce fees for you. This ensures maximum visibility and potential for bookings and rental income.
Guest Experience.
We focus on providing the best guest experience possible and provide extras such as welcome packs, daily housekeeping and other requested services. Our guest support is available 24/7. This leads to positive reviews and great stays for your guests.
